We are a small contact center and office hotel located in one of the most prestigous areas of Copenhagen.
We have since the start of our company in 2002 believed that personal service is essential, as not two companies or people are exactly alike. Everybody is different and we like to treat them as such. That also means that noone is just another number in line with us. We are not a factory as we deal with people and peoples needs.
Also we believe in being happy while at work. In Danish we have a term called "arbejdsglæde" (translated directly it means "work happiness" or "work joy"), which is what we like to have every single day. This is the reason why you will always find your CityCallCenter employees smiling and happy. You can ask your employees to smile, but if they are genuine happy, it will not be a true smile and a truely friendly service you get.
Our core values are, besides "work happiness", honesty and integrity. We try always to do the right thing, also when nobody is watching.
